TROUBLESHOOTING
It’s not often we need to repair our own solar pool heating systems but often we are called upon to repair other systems. If you are experiencing issues with your system, feel free to give us a call and we can do some preliminary troubleshooting with you over the phone, and in most instances establish the actual issue.
ONSITE ASSESSMENT
A member of the Austral Solar team will then attend the site to further evaluate and confirm the source of the problem. Our staff are knowledgeable and experienced and 90% of repairs can be completed same day. Our call out and assessment fee is $120 plus GST plus labour costs.
